Our timeless solid oak coat rack with shelf and cast iron double hooks, and hand-dyed with a white/light cream wood dye.
SOLID HEAVY OAK WOOD THROUGHOUT – The wood used in our racks is solid oak and is sanded smooth and finished with a hard wax oil. The oak is a solid 2cm thick. No cheap pine or ‘rustic’ finishes here!
CLASSIC CAST IRON HOOKS – Double solid cast iron hooks in an antique finish complement the colour and grain of the wood. Our hooks are strong and can easily accommodate the coats, scarves, bags or anything else thrown at them!
HAND-DYED FINISH - The solid oak is finished in a clear hard wax oil which will protect it from dirt and liquid splashes. The coat rack base has been carefully hand dyed a white/cream colour with the lovely oak wood grain still visible beneath. The shelf is a light natural oak which suits both modern contemporary interiors and classic country houses.
EASY WALL FIXING PACK (FOR BOTH PLASTERBOARD AND SOLID WALLS) – Our coat racks are supplied fully assembled. Two mounting holes are pre-drilled and are hidden behind oak mushroom plugs. The 9 hook rack has an additional mounting hole located behind the centre hook. We provide both solid wall (brick/stone) fittings and specialist plasterboard (hollow wall) fittings. Our easy fixing pack also includes full fitting instructions.
MADE IN THE UK – Our wall mounted coat racks are designed and handmade in the UK. Old Oak Barrel has been making oak coat racks since 2011.

Oak is a natural product and the wood grain and colour of each coat rack will be different and may, therefore, vary from the photographs. As the coat hooks are made from solid cast iron, they are suitable for indoor use only. Extended exposure to water or damp conditions may lead to discolouration of the hooks.
